Download PDFShippers use Wanload for free — there's just a 3% platform fee on each successfully delivered load. Carriers choose a monthly or annual subscription plan to access bookings and messaging. A $100 cancellation fee may apply to either party if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 24 hours of pickup.
To enhance transaction transparency and payment security, the platform provides payment reminder and workflow support features. Once the vehicle arrives at the destination and enters the unloading stage, the carrier may initiate a payment reminder to the shipper through the system. Freight charges are paid directly by the shipper to the carrier's designated account. Upon completion of unloading and confirmation of delivery, the transaction is considered fulfilled. The platform does not participate in fund custody or settlement.
It depends on the load. Many loads — including box trucks, cargo vans, and hotshot trailers — don't require a CDL. Always check load requirements before booking.
Shippers must add a valid warehouse address and a verified payment method before they can post loads. We also monitor platform activity to ensure fair dealing for carriers.
We support dry vans, flatbeds, reefers, box trucks, cargo vans, hotshot trailers, step decks, and more.
